I just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with the level of service that Ronnie from Island Poolman gave us. Not only was he prompt to show up and fix our pool equipment problem, but he also took the time to inspect everything and found other issues that he just took care of. A couple of days after he calls to see how everything was working which I thought was great customer service that is hard to find these days.
